Mission

The Competence Network Malignant Lymphomas brings together the most recent scientific findings and knowledge in this field and improves the cross-discipliniary flow of information, with the aim of ensuring the best possible treatment, care and information for all lymphoma patients.

Aims

• to ensure best possible care for all patients with malignant lymphoma
• to make diagnostics fast and reliable
• to guarantee treatment according to the current standards
• to ensure good aftercare support
• to prepare and provide reliable information on malignant lymphoma in an easily understandable manner
• to give competent advise for questions of health professionals and and to take up their suggestions (vertical networking top-down and bottom-up)
• to preparate guidelines for diagnosis and treatment
• to link scientists and clinical physicians
• to improve the telecommunication for pathologists, radiotherapists and radiologists
• to improve and support the communication on an european and trans-atlantic level, too
